THE ST. GEORGE SCHEMATIC PROPOSAL

The adaptive reuse of the St. George Hotel, a historic building in Chattanooga, will be used by locals as well as tourists to the city to bring in revenue and integrate the community. Overall, the new design will create a sense of place for all users by creating a welcoming and vibrant space for a variety of uses for the community. It will consist of a farm to table restaurant, art gallery and shop with rentable studio space, a flower shop, and an event space with a bridal suite. This new design will become a hot spot once again for people to come shop, work, eat, and play, creating a holistic experience for all.
